Our Smiley gesture application enables multiple organizations to create customized surveys for different devices. Each device can feature a unique set of questions, including emoji ratings and device-specific queries. These questions are displayed on the screen, and users can submit their responses using hand gestures or by selecting options directly on the screen. If users wish to provide additional feedback, they can scan a QR code displayed on the screen, which will redirect them to a separate complaint application. There, they can easily submit detailed positive or negative feedback based on their survey experience.
